Applied on State Farms career site. A few days later received a email to test. Tested (data entry, personality, and customer service assimilation) and a few days later received email to select time for phone interview. Corresponded date for interview via email. Had phone interview within next 7 days (with one person) and was offered the position at that time. Went through background and drug screenings within next week, then received call that I met requirements and was officially offered the job. Received email with everything, from start dates and times, salary, benefit info, website address (with plenty of information) and even my schedule after training. I started approx 3 weeks from the last email. It all took about 6 weeks
