Since I lived out of state, I had a phone interview. The interviewer was very friendly. In total, the interview took about 30-45 minutes. I was offered a position immediately. I was asked about my background first (education, work), then they dove into more specific questions regarding work experience (working in team environment, multi-tasking, difficult decision making, personality strengths and weaknesses, etc.).

The interview process was pretty straightforward. First I did a one way video interview that focused mainly on STAR formatted behavioral questions you get two tries to record. Then an additional recruiter interview that asked a couple more STAR questions and went over the job description. Received offer during video interview.
