Very Easy. One phone interview and one interview in person at State Farm's headquarters in Bloomington. Basic behaviors questions. Very laid back. Took two weeks to hear back after I interviewed, which was a little long. The entire process was pretty good though. Interviewed in December for the following summer internship.
