recruiter reached out to me via linkedin. conducted a 30 minute phone interview, then an hour face to face interview a week later. had to put together a comprehensive business plan and present to a panel
It went well and I enjoyed speaking with the interviewer. I only fill this out to achieve the 30 word requirement that is apparently mandatory to look further at this site.

Very thorough and personable interviewer who was enthusiastic about me and interested in my goals. Very smooth and left me excited to contribute my skillset. Looking like it’s going to pan out well.

Interview process was straight forward. No curve ball questions. Basically asked about my prior experience and why I would be a good fit for the role. Also, was interested about prior insurance experiences.
