Initially went through campus recruiting, and later got a technical recruiter asking me to apply to different positions than what campus recruiting suggested.
Easy phone interview, just explained a little about myself and some projects. An on-site interview with some vaguely technical STAR based questions, some basic technical questions (ie, what are the datatypes in Java, what is REST etc.), and some scripted questions on technologies you know. As a recent grad, they expect to answer 'no' on most of them (COBOL, PL1, SAS etc).

First interview was over the phone with an HR recruiter. Typical background information check to make check for salary expectations and culture fit.
Second and final interview was conducted via a panel of 4 individuals - 2 managers, 1 analyst and 1 archicect.
