Applied online on July 20th and then was informed of a career fair on August 6-7 in Atlanta. After standing in line for over one hour on August 6th, decided there was no point in wasting time standing out in the hot sun when I can return early in the morning on the 7th.Arrived at 7am on the 7th where there was a presentation and one on one interview which was all completed by 8am.On August 10th, I was sent an email to complete a personality and typing test.Personality tests are situation type questions while typing test requires you to type as many words as possible within a specified time.Received email on August 19th I passed the tests and was deemed competitive.Received call on August 29th regarding contingent job offer and to complete background check and drug tests. I was then informed I passed received final job offer.

I've interviewed with this company. Very straight forward process. Would recommend applying to this job. The steps depends on the recruiter the agency uses. Mainly over the phone interviews, video, and in person last.

It seems to be a very low base pay leading to sales. This was not something I am interested in for my career. I have had several interviews with state farm but very few offered benefits needed for my family.
Easy phone interview. Asked basic questions for the initial interview, was very fast and easy. Hear back in 48 hours. Was asked why I wanted the job, and how comfortable on a scale of 1-10 how comforatabke I was with sales
