I was called by someone in HR last year and they asked me a few questions. Then, I was notified that they had a hiring freeze. I received a call from a Manager this week in regards to interviewing via phone.

Simple assessment, phone interview and then i got offered within a week or two for the job. took about a month in total for the whole ordeal and then training for twelve weeks
