I applied through indeed and received an assessment by email. The first part was basic typing skills and listening skills. The second part was more analytical type questions. I was notified by email for a phone interview which lasted for 30 minutes. The questions were all behavioral type questions. Two weeks later I received a call saying I got the job. Let me just put this out here applying for State Farm, after Liberty is a breeze!! Their assessment took me 3 hours !

I got to know about the process through the university career fair and I applied online. After that I got a call for scheduling my interview in about a week. I got through the interview and then it took them 3 weeks to get back to me, but it was a positive response so I didn't mind!
