It was drawn out. I finally heard from them a month and a half after I had applied, got a phone interview, then came in for a formal interview that consisted of two separate interviews with different members of management.

A video interview on Hirevue with a few questions with 3 minute response time. You can redo each question once if you mess up so its not too difficult. They contact you a bit after if they want you.

It begins with them telling you about themselves. Then they explain the job. Next is the question, tell me about yourself. Then follows with formal interview questions. Then they ask if you have any questions or anything else you would like to add.
