April 2 (Monday) - Request for Phone Interview.
- Just a phone call scheduling a phone interview.
April 3 (Tuesday) - Phone Interview
- Lady was very nice. Basic questions + Behavioral based questions.
April 5 (Thursday) - In person Group Interview
- Interviewed with 2 department managers. Behavioral based questions, no specific company or job related questions.
April 9 (Monday) - Job offer
- Need to submit to a drug screen and background check.
April 9 (Monday) - Counter Job Offer
- Did not meet my offer but came up 8% from original offer.
- Better than nothing and they were not willing to negotiate any higher or offer a sign on bonus.

The process was quick and they were very responsive the entire time. Even providing feedback when I was not offered the position explaining things to work on before trying again.
