Sandy grimes told me to prepare for the interview and watch the videos, which I did. Stayed up till 2am preparing and woke up at 6:30am the next day to prep some more till it was 9am for interview to begin. She called me at 9:03am and interrupted me several times and didn't appreciate my thorough answers to the questions being asked. Didn't even appreciate the work I did on preparing for the interview and did not ask me any of the questions posted on here. No job was offered at the end and didn't receive any email notifying me why I wasn't selected when I have extensive knowledge in customer service. Guess it was a good thing I didn't get hired here, after meeting one of their HR associates on the phone I don't think I would want to work here anyway.

Entretien
The interview process was pretty straightforward. First I did a one way video interview that focused mainly on STAR formatted behavioral questions you get two tries to record. Then an additional recruiter interview that asked a couple more STAR questions and went over the job description. Received offer during video interview.

Straightforward. Apply Online > pre-employment assement>virtual interview with self recorded questions > if selected, approximately two weeks later you get an email request for follow up interview> follow up interview goes through any additional questions, role details, and confirms interest, then possible job offer.

Simple questions. State Farm uses the star method. Interview was through a video which took off a lot of pressure and nerves. You’re able to re record questions only 2 times.
