It was very fast paced. I applied online. The following day I was invited to take the online assessment, mock call center test and personality test. The day after that I was asked to do a phone interview. The interview was about 30-40 mins. She was very friendly and talkative. Make sure that you watch the videos that the tell you about in the email you get. They will ask you about it. I was not offered the job at the end of the call but I did get an email 2 weeks later with a contingent job offer. It was a very easy process if you prepare for it.

Apply Online > pre-employment assement>virtual interview with self recorded questions > if selected, approximately two weeks later you get an email request for follow up interview> follow up interview goes through any additional questions, role details, and confirms interest, then possible job offer.
