Talked to the hiring manager on the phone was nothing but professional and positive. He set me up with a interview the next day. Building was clean the manager i met with was extremely professional and positive in person. Sat down with 6 other people applying for the position. Explained everything about the company answered any questions as well as explained it was an hourly plus commission and i could be making 15 to 20 an hr. What you put in is what you get it. GREAT INTERVIEW!!!

During the interview what might have been considered was during the interview he did not break down the hourly/ commission until you got hired in orientation which is understandable.
