I met with the owner, who is very casual & down to earth. We had a very conversational interview. You can tell he takes great pride in his company. I was able to meet some of the staff & they seemed very friendly & happy with the company. I definitely saw ways that I could be of great help there, but I believe I was asking for a larger salary than he was willing to give for that position. He was very gracious when letting me know he had filled the position, said I was wonderful & that he would keep my contact info in case something else came up in the future. I was still in my current job when interviewing here & it was nice to have my first interview in 17 years be a laid back & positive experience.
