Couple different lunches, one with the hiring manager and one with a software engineer on the team. Both enthusiastic, laid-back, and interested in discussing fun tech and interesting issues being solved. Following that, when things became more serious I had a 45 minute meeting with a VP to talk about culture fit type of stuff. I was given a take-home test which is a really fun and interesting approach. It was designed to test how well I can problem solve in setting up tech I've never worked with before, and then doing a mini-demo to walk through it.
