Standard process but a waste of time. It was pretty obvious they had already found a different candidate and were interviewing me for information and experience. They say they want to grow rapidly but then turned out with just an email saying they are hiring someone else, if you are hiring 100 people then there has to be a more concrete feedback than that.

8 hour interview, easy LC question but I froze hard. Did well on everything else. Asked the HR guy who interviewed me how he likes working at Stash… he gave me a dead stare for a minute and then huffed, puffed and said “it’s ok”.
8 hour interview and I reached out to recruiter thanking him for the teams time.
No response from recruiter, avoid at all costs.

Entretien
Take home coding exam to strut your stuff. Interviews included technical overview of homework, data structures, and culture fit. I didn't have any issues with the difficulty, standard issue for a senior or staff level engineer.
Experience was very pleasant all things considered. The engineers were passionate about their work and it showed during interview process.
