Interview was great and the recruiter thought I'd be a great fit for the company and position being applied to. However, for some reason they deemed my personality test to be off. And as such could not offer me the job. No explanation was offered as to what options I chose wrong/right

Panel interview following a prescreen interview. Hiring manager present along with two frequent collaborating team leaders for the panel. Prescreen was primarily based on learning about my skill competancies and elaborating on previous roles listed on my resume

Online application, interview, if accepted then go through a brief onboarding. Onboarding can be beneficial if mentor is really interested in your success. Most are not, they are afraid you may take their job away from them.
