There were three hours of testing, I had a one-on-one interview, and was asked to wait. They then had another supervisor interview me, then I was told there were no supervisor positions available. They ask, if I would consider a customer service position as there would be opportunities to move up.

Brief, short, easy, actually HHRR needs a better way of interviewing and let candidates know the real company environment and how it will not give opportunities based on merits but just based on friendship and influence
