I applied online and was invited to come in for an interview. When I got there, I was asked to fill out a form and then I had a brief discussion with a manager. This was during normal restaurant hours and we sat on stools at the bar.

It was really quick and relaxing, the hiring managers were very kind and made the process seamless. It was a short conversation and they got back to me fairly quickly.

Entretien
I submitted an application in person and, a few days later, received a call to come by. I then met with the department manager and two other managers (one being the GM) at the restaurant. Next was an interview with the director — who is basically the boss of several Starr GMs — at corporate HQ.
There are no trick questions are anything, but they prefer candidates with experience and presence.
