After two initial interviews, I did a take home coding task. I was given very vague feedback and not taken to the next round. I think candidates should be given another interview if they pass the minimum requirements, considering the time and effort required at this point.
Started with a recruiter call followed by a brief technical overview with another engineer. Then take home test followed by take home review interview along with system design interview. Followed up with final technical interview round
Highly competitive, difficult to pass to the interview stage. Applied via Linkedin and could not make it to the interview. Could be related to experience and the job market state at the moment.
