I first went for an initial interview with the Syosset showroom manager, and then had a follow up interview in the NYC showroom with two of the Vice Presidents of the company.

I was asked if I knew the difference between hand tufted and hand knotted carpets and if I could tell the difference between the two if they were to pull samples.

Entretien
Got an email from an internal recruiter in NYC. He asked me to set up my own appointment for an auto-interview. The "interview" consists of you reading a lot of instructions, then answering questions (fist "question" was actually 3 questions) for your computer's camera to create a video. Was a dehumanizing experience. Not sure why Stark thinks on online performance is superior to a one-on-one interview with a human, especially when the job is for a design showroom. Really disappointing.
