J'ai postulé en personne. Le processus a pris 4 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Starbucks (Portland, OR) en avr. 2010
Entretien
Went in person with my resume and introduced myself to the manager on a Monday. He called me a few days later and we scheduled an interview. It was very laid back and I wasn't nervous because I had researched the company a fair amount online, and knew the culture from talking to Starbucks employees as well, so that helped. After the interview he offered the job and I accepted.
I think it was my open availability, my knowledge of Starbucks culture, and my outgoing approach. He later told me that he liked how I sold myself as the best candidate right away, saying 'Hi I'm so and so and you should hire me because I'm a hard worker and such.' I thought perhaps it was a bit much, but he said it made me stand out from the crowd of applicants.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
What would you do if something occurred and you weren't sure what to do?
The interview was not too bad, I had to wait a bit before getting called for my interview due to some mishaps on their end but that was really the only thing that was negative. It was fine. They called back pretty quickly

Easy to get through. Just be yourself and talk about what you love about coffee. Don’t over think it and you’ll be fine. Make sure to research the company before you go to the interview

Interview process was quick and simple. The manager had a guide of questions but we also chatted a bit. It made it a comfortable conversation. She was very nice and the store was clean.
