The interview for Starbucks was in person on site at the store. They asked questions about how you work, your attitude, and your daily availability. It was an easy but thorough process.

The interview process was very long. It took me 3 months to land a job at a store. There was manager turnover and a new manager training for the store I was interviewing for so I was hired by someone else

I was invited to have a sit down with two managers and they asked me several questions to judge my suitability for the role. The interview lasted around 15-20 minutes.
