The interview for Starbucks was in person on site at the store. They asked questions about how you work, your attitude, and your daily availability. It was an easy but thorough process.

Super smooth and easy! Made it personable and fun. I got to share my knowledge and love for the company and what inspired me to promote. It was fun giving examples of past experiences and what I would do in the future

I was invited to have a sit down with two managers and they asked me several questions to judge my suitability for the role. The interview lasted around 15-20 minutes.
