I was just bumped up, no interview process was taken. I had been working there almost two years and left the company and then came back since there was a shift position open. I asked about the job through my old boss and she took me back.

The interview for Starbucks was in person on site at the store. They asked questions about how you work, your attitude, and your daily availability. It was an easy but thorough process.

Entretien
I was invited to have a sit down with two managers and they asked me several questions to judge my suitability for the role. The interview lasted around 15-20 minutes.
