J'ai postulé en personne. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez Starbucks (Seattle, WA) en sept. 2008
Entretien
I came in to the store to hand in my application and the store manager was there. He looked over my application and asked me if I had time to interview on the spot. The manager asked me questions about why I wanted to work for Starbucks and a few other behavioral questions related to customer service. He then had me talk to the Assistant Store Manager and she asked me a few behavioral questions as well. When the interview was done, the manager told me he would call me later that day with an offer.

Question 1

J'ai passé un entretien chez Starbucks (Subang Jaya)
Entretien
Basically a short chat about my availability, my interest in the job, why I want to work there, how familiar I am with coffee and what my past experiences in hospitality were.
Easiest interview I've ever had. I was only asked 3 questions, 'tell me about yourself, what are your strengths & weaknesses, what is your availability?' Lasted about 10 minutes maximum
Thank you for taking the time to write your feedback. We appreciate your input and are happy to hear that you’ve enjoyed the interview process here at Starbucks.
it was great. I answered every question thoughtfully and easily. You have to have two interviews, one with the manager and one with the district manager. It is a in person interview. They ask many questions and will either hire you on the spot or you will have to call to see if you get the position.
