Entretien
Initially, hired as a barista from an acquaintance but promoted as a supervisor within months. The interview process wasn't formal at all in my case because my friend helped me get hired even with no experience in coffee field. Even so, the learning or educating of new employee is very structured and is easy to catch on.

I suppose what interviewers are looking for is how a person carries themselves overall as in communication, gestures, and willingness.
The interview for Starbucks was in person on site at the store. They asked questions about how you work, your attitude, and your daily availability. It was an easy but thorough process.

Entretien
I was invited to have a sit down with two managers and they asked me several questions to judge my suitability for the role. The interview lasted around 15-20 minutes.
