Easy interview process. Manager emailed me after viewing resume and then we got together the next week. First day of work was about 2 weeks from application. Was supposed to be hired as a shift, was told it would take a few weeks to work me back into the position since I was away from Starbucks for 2 years. Worked there for 4 months, never made into a shift.

The interview process was low stress, and I was offered a drink by a barista while waiting for the manager. We spoke about my previous relevant work experience, and how I've handled different situations with customers.
