J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Starbucks (Toronto, ON) en juin 2012
Entretien
The downtown urban location which was the hiring point for many other city locations attracted a large group of applicants. We lined up in the coffee shop, which is located inside a large and well-appointed, comfortable bookstore and were met by a lead HR person. He directed the applicants to another HR person who had a list of those who had previously applied online. We waited in anther line for the first interview, for approximately 40 minutes, while applicants were approached at the front of the line to sit with a manager in the coffee shop. She conducted a friendly, engaging interview and we shared information about company culture and applicant background and aspirations. Some applicants were selected to wait in another area, for about a half hour, to interview with sit with a pair of company employees (store managers/staff). The hiring process was explained and applicant questions were answered.

Received an email asking to schedule an interview for the following week. The interview took place in the store itself, and took about 15 minutes. The questions were pretty average.

First interview went well, just the basic behavioral questions that should be answered using the STAR method. Second interview was less questions but with the district manager. Still waiting to hear back (if they reach out at all).
