It took me a few weeks to be contacted but once I was contacted the process took about a week with 2 interviews, first with the store manager and second with the assistant manager. The first interview was almost more about the manager trying to sell the job to ME instead of me trying to sell myself for the job, which took off a lot of pressure. The second interview was more about me selling my skills and experience, but it was also very casual, more like a conversation than an interview. Showing how personable you can be seems to be the most important thing when applying for this position.

Basically a short chat about my availability, my interest in the job, why I want to work there, how familiar I am with coffee and what my past experiences in hospitality were.
Easiest interview I've ever had. I was only asked 3 questions, 'tell me about yourself, what are your strengths & weaknesses, what is your availability?' Lasted about 10 minutes maximum
it was great. I answered every question thoughtfully and easily. You have to have two interviews, one with the manager and one with the district manager. It is a in person interview. They ask many questions and will either hire you on the spot or you will have to call to see if you get the position.
Thank you for taking the time to write your feedback. We appreciate your input and are happy to hear that you’ve enjoyed the interview process here at Starbucks.
