J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Starbucks en déc. 2011

My phone and 1:1 interview were excellent. The manager interviewing me for both was kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. She said I was moving onto the Panel interview the next week. I arrived at the Panel interview only to find out that the other two interviewees were pals with the panel. The panel didn't greet me, look at me, or sound interested in me from the beginning. They did not focus on whether or not I was qualified or not. Their minds, as one could tell, had already been made up. It's one thing to interview me and decide whether or not I am qualified vs never even giving me the chance. The other two interviewees were given complimentary drinks, while I had to pay for mine. They were dressed in street clothes, while I was dressed up. I used coffee terminology, while they had no clue what an espresso pull was. It wasn't a surprise that they were offered the job and I was not.

Basically a short chat about my availability, my interest in the job, why I want to work there, how familiar I am with coffee and what my past experiences in hospitality were.
Easiest interview I've ever had. I was only asked 3 questions, 'tell me about yourself, what are your strengths & weaknesses, what is your availability?' Lasted about 10 minutes maximum
Thank you for taking the time to write your feedback. We appreciate your input and are happy to hear that you’ve enjoyed the interview process here at Starbucks.
it was great. I answered every question thoughtfully and easily. You have to have two interviews, one with the manager and one with the district manager. It is a in person interview. They ask many questions and will either hire you on the spot or you will have to call to see if you get the position.
