The interview was very conversational and didn't ask any difficult questions. Most questions were based off of how you would approach different scenarios. They were all behavioral questions. Interviewers were all very nice.

the job was miss-posted as Remote, however I made it through to the final round of interviews, but they ultimately went with the internal candidate. The team had thoughtful detailed questions, on approach and new ideas

Had one interview with recruiter and one with hiring manager. I was ok with not being extended an offer because there were many issues and red flags from the beginning. At the last minute the recruiter did not show for my screening and texted me 15 minutes said time to reschedule. Against my better judgement I rescheduled with him. He was overall pleasant. Met with the hiring manager who was not personable at all and made me feel like he was just going through the motions. No eye contact, smile, etc... The final straw which confirmed that I will never apply for another role with Starbucks was the complete lack of follow up at all. I expected better.
