Boss was just looking for somebody to fill a position and didn't care too much about training creating a stressful environment where you don't really know what to do and it's busy but nobody is helping. Interview was easy. Basically anyone with a pulse.

Easy to get through. Just be yourself and talk about what you love about coffee. Don’t over think it and you’ll be fine. Make sure to research the company before you go to the interview
Interview process was quick and simple. The manager had a guide of questions but we also chatted a bit. It made it a comfortable conversation. She was very nice and the store was clean.
