Sat down with store manager and was asked questions which lasted around 30 mins. I also had the opportunity to ask some questions. Finally I then did some mock training behind the 'bar'

What's a difficult customer interaction you've had?
Easiest interview I've ever had. I was only asked 3 questions, 'tell me about yourself, what are your strengths & weaknesses, what is your availability?' Lasted about 10 minutes maximum
