The manager was really friendly and welcoming. Definitely prepare and practice, and it will be a breeze. Most questions are available on the internet, but nonetheless should practice answers. Enter with a smile, high energy and just be confident. Only had one interview.

very easy and straightforward, they did a coffee tasting and was asked to describe the coffee taste. They focus on customer service, and knowing starbucks slang and the company goals is always a plus
