It was short and to the point. They asked my availability and past experience working in the food industry. Since I didn’t have any, I felt it was going to prevent me from getting the job.
They will ask you STAR questions for the first interview with the store manager or the assistant store manager. Also, they have implemented a new policy where you must do a second interview with the district manager. This is over Zoom or phone call or email or in person sometimes with coffee tasting. It is slightly more difficult to get hired at Starbucks than other fast food/big chain stores.
Usual standard process of interviewing, we went over my experience and knowledge of working as barista in coffee shops and restaurants in my previous jobs. Highly recommend as a great place to work at !!
Thank you for taking the time to write your feedback. We appreciate your input and are happy to hear that you've enjoyed your overall partner experience here at Starbucks!
The interview was not too bad, I had to wait a bit before getting called for my interview due to some mishaps on their end but that was really the only thing that was negative. It was fine. They called back pretty quickly
