Standard interview process. Met with both owners and the current marketing manager. Good conversation overall. And then after the initial thank you and confirmation response they dropped off the face of the earth. Problem was they never closed the interview. Just didn't communicate. Unprofessional to say the least. If it's not a fit, that's fine. Have the decency to say so. You never know when you will cross paths professionally with someone that you treated poorly. The decent thing to do would be to say you are continuing your search.
