Training is 12.50 an hr. Local runs pays 200 to 210 a day. But the big draw back for me was the health ins. If your single it’s good but with a family. It’s 1200 a month out of your paycheck which is triple what I’m paying now. Turned it down due to that would be like chasing my tail. Especially with 20yrs otr experience. Pay range after trading 50-90 k depending on how much and hard drivers were willing to work. Also all holiday pay and such starts from day ins ins took months to start
