Had to interview twice and wait forever until they made up their mind. Once they made me the offer the rest was easy. The interview process was the easiest part of working there.
Regarding our interview process, it is not unusual for us to interview several people for one position, and then conduct second interviews, after narrowing the field. We believe that is the prudent thing to do given the importance of the Service Advisor position.
