Easy, just kinda walked in and talked about your previous jobs and what they expect of you. Just want good customer service and ask how you can provide it. Very laid back interview and did not really need much background prep.
Straight forward and pretty easy. I applied online and was given a call to come in for an interview. after the interview interview I was offered the position and accepted. the manager interviewing me was reasonable and was able to accommodate my schedule.

Apply Online, Schedule in person. Waited a few minutes for a manager to have free time to meet with me. Taken to their office. Asked a few questions and went over my resume and the job responsibilities.
