Went through Nelson recruiting, had 2 great interviews, however this was not the type of product I wish to sell. They offer great compensation and benefits package. $50k base plus uncapped commissions

It was actually very easy, no difficult questions, all the usual such as what are your strengths and weaknesses, tell me about yourself, why do you want to work here, etc.

It was a 2-step interview process. I had my first interview with the recruiter that reached out to me and then my next interview was with the direct manager. It was a smooth process probably because I was referred by an employee.

What experience in sales do I have? Do I have experience with cold calling? Am I comfortable with commuting to the main office? etc.
It was a long process, had a total of 5 interviews for the outside b2b Sales position. 3 phone 2 in person. They want to get to know you and make sure you are a good fit as the job requires you to be very self motivated

Relatively short and straight to the point.
Took about 2 weeks. I did a phone interview, then I did an app interview that asked me some basic questions. Then I had 2 in person interviews at the main office and I was given an offer the next day
