There was a phone screening that touch on basic experience needs and verification of skills and resume itmes. Once passed there was a 3 on 1. Panel style. Basic questions, not to difficult.

There are 3 interview stages. Phone Interview and in-person interview.
The store manager's interview is medium. They will ask you about yourself. Make sure to learn a little about the Staples as well.
