Entretien
The First interview tool place in person and went quite well. Manager was professional and quite positive. Second interview took place via web conference, District manager was at home in his dining room and a workout outfit. Third interview was with another manager who forgot to show up for the meeting and it had to be rescheduled. Third interview was highly unorganized and the whole process from start to hire took nearly 3 months.

Entretien
It was a 2-step interview process. I had my first interview with the recruiter that reached out to me and then my next interview was with the direct manager. It was a smooth process probably because I was referred by an employee.

What experience in sales do I have? Do I have experience with cold calling? Am I comfortable with commuting to the main office? etc.
It was a long process, had a total of 5 interviews for the outside b2b Sales position. 3 phone 2 in person. They want to get to know you and make sure you are a good fit as the job requires you to be very self motivated

Relatively short and straight to the point.
Took about 2 weeks. I did a phone interview, then I did an app interview that asked me some basic questions. Then I had 2 in person interviews at the main office and I was given an offer the next day
