Two step interview with district manager and divisional. I got a phone call from the district manger to meet at a particular store. We met in the management office where he proceeded to ask a series of standard questions. I was then passed on to meet the divisional at a later date where he asked me why I wanted to work for Staples.

Tell us about your previous employer. What are some strengths you can bring to the team?
The interview process was very easy. It was only a 1 part interview, no second one required. I was only asked about 5 questions and then was told about how the job actually is.
Needed to wait 30 minutes for interviewer to be ready, but after it went smooth and easy. Asked about background and some general retail experience questions. Overall a good experience.

Remote interview via Microsoft Teams, with District Manager, Regional Manager and Human Resource Manager. Regional Manager does another one on one to offer position. Then you will work with HR throughout onboarding until officially hired.
