There were multiple stages to progress through. Starting with initial application there is a multiple choice questionnaire, scenario based questions, numeracy and literacy questions, and then an in person interview.

Extremely positive experience, The interviewers were very nice, answered my questions very well and gave me a good amount of time at the end to ask things. Questions were very straightforward and industry specific and I was given time to think about my answers.
