Entretien
Two phone calls (one main supervisor, one ancillary supervisor to the job) followed by an in person interview with 4 people. There is a background screening process after the in person interview. If they've asked you to do the background screening, you've got the job pending that - if they say they're still finishing interviews a week after you go in and you haven't got a background check application, not looking good.

1st Round. General Coffee chat
2nd Round. Interview with my past experiences and community skills
3rd Round. They gave me a small assignment and rejected me after this (they told me that I was selected 10 ppl)
Had an interview with a professor and it was smooth and friendly. He was very kind and we had talked about the research. I thought it went well and the questions about the research were not that strict.

1 hour about past experiences. Asked about past projects. Checked if I was a good fit and talked about random stuff and then what I am interested in. Talked about the structure of the research group
