Applied online. Had one initial phone call, one technical interview (behavioral questions) and 3-hour onsite interview. Everybody was overall nice, but the interview itself didn't feel like an interview for software developer. No coding or technical questions much. Just behavioral questions for 3 hours. That being said, there were a lot of duplicated questions I had to answer in 3 different times during 3-hour interview. Besides behavioral questions, it was mostly about - why do you want to work here? - why are you interested in that case study? - what can you tell us about the issue in that case study? - What's your experience like in regards with that issue? - Why do you want to work here? I feel like it was a waste of time because I prepared for technical questions (or coding ) and eventually someone with more years of experience would get the job regardless of their code quality. The company is focusing on reforming issues in our society. Maybe they should reform interview process also. Senior engineer wasn't very technical and struggled to answer my technical questions.
