Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your interview experience. I'm sorry to hear you didn't have a productive call with our team, and I apologize for any frustration you experienced. It's never our intention to make anyone feel they weren't valued or heard. I want to offer a couple of comments to clarify our interview approach and better explain why our recruiter asked you the questions they did.
Our Talent Acquisition team finds us the best talent to fill our roles; this also puts them in the workflow for helping to maintain our culture and values as an organization. I can appreciate that our interview process is unique. Still, we do send along some materials in our initial correspondence to prepare you for our behavioral-based interview approach and underline our overall goals as an organization. Our intention in doing that is to provide you context of who we, what we value, and open opportunity to discuss your reactions in our initial discussions.
We invest in our team and believe that you can learn technical knowledge and skills, but you must be inspired by our mission to have a passion for our success. Our belief that people are more successful in their roles if they enjoy their work and are passionate about our mission has proven to be successful for us. As such, we're a very mission-driven community, and you'd be hard-pressed to find someone who isn't excited to talk about their deep connection to removing the obstacles that stand in the way of every person realizing their unique potential.
Thank you again for taking the time to share your feedback and speak with our team. I'm sorry to hear the opportunity didn't work out and wish you success in your job search.
