They were willing to give me an offer within two days since I was receiving offers elsewhere and needed to respond. They were kind. The first interview was a phone interview, and the second one was a group skype interview. I received the offer after the second interview.

Tell me about a time you had to innovate in a group setting in order to problem solve.
it wasn't too hard, but must practice before. If you prepare well for the questions before the interview, it won't be too challenging. The interviewer was very kind and easy-going.
