I am a fresh graduate and I had applied for the job that post by this recruitment company. Overall the interview process is quite good, and that company is willing to offer me a job. The disadvantage of this job offer is the employer will require me to stay back to do OT but there is no OT payment. I know my weakness (No experience) and respect this policy, therefore, I choose to reject this job offer. However, the agent of this recruitment company is very aggressive, he keeps asking me the reason why I reject. He doesn't want to accept my reason which is no OT payment. It seems like he wants to close the sale by forcing me to accept this job offer!
